 Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer Nick has practiced a Solicitor since 1976 and has previously been the (founding) Principal of two Solicitor's Practices and a Partner in an eight Partner five office Firm of Solicitors in Devon and Somerset. He has also spent some years acting a a Property Law Consultant and as a Locum Solicitor for a number of High Street Solicitor Practices in Devon and Somerset. Throughout his career he has dealt with not only Residential but also Commercial and Agricultural Property matters but also has wider legal experience in other aspects of the Law. Whilst remaining on the Roll as a Solicitor Nick has now chosen to Practice as a Licensed Conveyancer because he believes that the Council for Licensed Conveyancers provides a regulatory framework which offers Clients better protection.
