 This is our Promise to you as our Client:

 

  1. We will put your interests first – we will have no hidden agendas with anyone else.

 

  1. We will listen to what you are asking us to do and will do our best to achieve that for you within the time scale you want.

 

  1. We will work proactively with others (e.g. Estate Agents) to achieve for you what you wish to achieve.

 

  1. We will monitor what we are doing for you daily to make sure that everything is dealt with as quickly as possible.

 

  1. We will take the time to keep you informed about what is happening and any concerns we have when something is not happening as we would expect.

 

  1. If you ask us to do something which we cannot do to the highest standards or to do it in a way or within a time scale which we cannot do we will tell you.

 

  1. If we encounter any problems we will tell you immediately, explain the problem and how to overcome it.

 

  1. We will make sure that if you cannot speak to you on the phone immediately that you can leave a message for us and that we will reply to that message as soon as we can.

 

  1. We will use email and other modern communication methods where possible for speed.
