	WILL MAKING SERVICE This is a Sister Practice to Conveyancing South West but because the Council for Licensed Conveyancers are not authorised to regulate Will Making it is kept separate from the Conveyancing Service. The Service is a fully Professional Service offered by Nick Larcombe who is a Licensed Conveyancer and Solicitor and is covered by the usual Professional Indemnity Insurance. The Process: We will be pleased to help and guide you through making or altering your Will. As each person's Will is so individual we do not send out Forms for you to complete and try to fit your requirements into; we prefer to meet with you (in your own home if you wish) and discuss your wishes with you. We then prepare a Draft of your Will and let you have it by post or Email so that you can think about it at your convenience and then make comments or alterations. Lastly we prepare the Final Copy ready for signature and guide you through the signature process. The Cost: When we have an idea of how straightforward or complicated your Will is likely to be we will give you an Estimate of the likely cost (we do not charge VAT).
